What we collect

When you join the early-access list, we collect your email address, required device choice, and records of when your signup is created, confirmed, updated, or unsubscribed. If you arrive through a campaign link, we also collect its source, medium, campaign, and content labels. To protect the form from abuse, we process and store a one-way hash derived from your IP address for rate limiting.

Why we use it

We use this information to confirm your place on the list, send occasional AasaanShare early-access updates, understand which device to support first, measure which channels lead to confirmed signups, and prevent abusive submissions.

Services involved

We use Cloudflare to host, protect, and store the waitlist and to provide Turnstile verification. We use Resend to send confirmation and early-access emails. These providers process information on our behalf.

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate visits, referrers, device types, and countries. It does not use analytics cookies or track you across websites. Campaign labels are stored with your waitlist record so we can compare signups and confirmations by channel.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist record while you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we retain the record so we can honour that choice and avoid sending further early-access updates. Rate-limit records are used only to protect the form from abuse. You can ask us to delete your waitlist record at any time.

Your choices

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can ask to access, correct, or delete your waitlist record by emailing [email protected].

What we do not collect

This waitlist does not collect photo libraries, photos, videos, or media metadata.
