Keep feedback private

Do not include photos, videos, filenames, invitation URLs, sign-in links, verification codes, passwords, or device credentials. A screenshot of the app interface is usually enough to help us understand the issue.

Urgent access concerns

If you think an invitation or device has been exposed, revoke that Person or stop sharing the album from the owner app, then contact us with only the owner email address and a description of the concern.
